Sports Discussions| Which brand of baseball gear is the best? | | I have used many different kinds. There is Easten, Louisville Slugger, Rawlings, Mizuno, and many others. Personaly i think that Rawlings makes the best glove by far. But Easton makes great bats, stealth, and great baseball bags. Yet still Louisville Slugger makes great wooden bats. What do you think?
| | Is there a such thing as loan fraud? | | This is the situtation:
Im looking thru my area pennysaver and i see an ad for loans. ( i have no credit and I've turned down many times before) this one gurantees to approve even if you filed for bankruptcy. I call the number to give it a shot. It's just an answering machine telling me to leave all my info ( name, address, job income, how much you need the loan for? etc.) So i leave the message think no more about it. Maybe about a week later they send a letter in the mail saying I got approved and they broke it down saying it gets paid back over next 5 years for this specified amount every month, fill out the app, get this paper notarized, and send a payment for this company's services. It said $195 but they said they can take an installment of $95 and you pay the rest 7 days after you get the loan. I got all that done packed into an envelope and sent it off last thurday morning....
| | What Do You Do??? | | you're walking down the street to the local batting cage to get some practice swings in.
as you're walking, you loosen up by swinging your Louisville Slugger with all your might, visualizing hitting "one" out of the park.
suddenly.....a huge dog comes barreling around the corner....growling, snapping, teeth bared, foam dripping from it's mouth.....the dog runs full speed towards you and leaps up to sink it's teeth into your flesh.WHAT DO YOU DO???there's been a string of unsolved horrific random murders in your neighborhood.
that's why you're glad you were able to obtain a concealed weapon permit.
now with your Beretta 92FS 9mm in its speed holster strapped securely to your shoulder, you feel confident and safe as you head to the firing range to do a little practice shooting.
you practiced in front of a mirror earlier, pretending you were your favorite movie cop, pulling the hand...
