| Has WII gaming changed the video gaming experience to a HEALTHY one | | Video gaming is generally considered as eating into the outdoor activity, thereby resulting in laziness and no exercise to the body, but with WII comes motion sensors which brings in loads of physical activity to your gaming experience. I burned 1 hour of grand Slam tennis(Doubles) and burned around 50 calories, (compare it to the calories i burn when sittin in front of my computer) and it felt good on the fitness level. So what do you guys say, has the new age gaming changed the whole outlook on video games. Have video games become healthier than they used to be??
